Project Background

The source project uses a rigid guide column to control sway and improve positioning. The hoisting system uses dual motors for lifting safety.

An electro-permanent magnetic lifting device is used. It requires only instantaneous energization for magnetization and then maintains magnetic holding without a continuous backup holding-power system.

The crane supports full automatic operation and intelligent interaction. Cranes working in the same bay can automatically avoid one another and be dispatched based on the nearest available crane to the target position.

Henan Mine Crane Solution

The rigid guide column provides mechanical restraint against sway and supports accurate automated positioning. Dual hoisting motors provide an additional layer of lifting-system protection.

The electro-permanent magnetic attachment is magnetized by a short electrical pulse and then maintains magnetic force without continuous energization.

In fully automatic mode, the crane can interact with production commands, automatically avoid other cranes in the same span and select the nearest crane for the target handling task. Ground, radio-remote and remote-operation modes are also supported.
