Henan Mine Crane developed an automatic material feeding crane that connects directly with the customer’s existing feeding equipment. The crane performs automated feeding and material distribution through one coordinated system, reducing repeated operator commands and keeping material flow aligned with the production process.

A wind turbine manufacturing base required a group of overhead cranes for mainframe production, nacelle assembly, component transfer, tooling changes and maintenance. Lifting loads varied significantly by workstation, from very heavy main structures to medium-capacity assemblies and production-support tasks.

Henan Mine Crane manufactured a batch of cranes for Lanzhou Baohang’s 100,000-tonne-per-year anode-material project. Before delivery, the equipment underwent a formal A-level inspection with experts from Baosteel Consulting and Shanghai Jinyi Testing.

Henan Mine Crane supplied 54 cranes of different types for Hongyuan Energy’s 100,000-tonne-per-year high-purity crystalline-silicon project. The package includes clean explosion-proof electric-hoist double-girder cranes, dust explosion-proof single-girder cranes and application-specific material-handling cranes.

Henan Mine Crane supplied two unmanned grab cranes for Baowu Shaoguan Iron & Steel’s 250,000-tonne rotary-hearth-furnace project. The cranes handle bulk metallurgical materials in a process area where dust and continuous production make routine onboard operation undesirable.

Henan Mine Crane supplied more than 300 cranes of different types to XCMG. The fleet serves large-scale construction machinery manufacturing, with cranes widely used for assembly and structural-production transfer.

Henan Mine Crane supplied a 50+50t slab clamp crane for Shandong Iron & Steel Group’s Rizhao production base. The crane handles hot steel slabs through storage and production-transfer operations where temperature, load weight and operating frequency exceed the conditions of a general-purpose overhead crane.

Henan Mine Crane supplied more than 100 large-capacity cranes for Tangxing Equipment’s trenchless-equipment industrial park. The project supports the manufacture of pipe-jacking boring machines and other trenchless construction equipment inside heavy steel workshops more than 25 m high.

Henan Mine Crane manufactured more than 150 cranes of different types for a 6 million-tonne manufacturing project. The fleet serves production lines, heavy-handling positions, material areas and supporting workstations across a large industrial facility.
