Henan Mine Crane developed a fully automatic steel pipe transfer crane to connect production and storage operations. The system receives work instructions digitally, plans the transfer route, travels to the required pickup position, handles the steel pipes and returns progress information without depending on continuous manual crane operation.
Henan Mine Crane engineered and manufactured a 550t double-girder overhead crane specifically for a nuclear power application. The crane was dispatched in April 2025 with an intelligent control package designed to combine large lifting capacity with smooth movement and efficient energy use.

The components move through unloading, assembly, turning, transfer and installation processes inside a large production workshop.
Henan Mine Crane supplied multiple bridge cranes, including 125t units, for a major national water-conservancy project. The cranes are installed inside an underground pump-station cavern and support the installation, alignment and long-term maintenance of heavy pump and motor units.
At a major offshore wind-turbine assembly base, dozens of Henan Mine Crane units support heavy component handling across production, assembly and maintenance areas. The installed fleet includes a 260/260+100/20t-marked heavy-duty overhead crane configuration for large synchronized lifts.
Henan Mine Crane manufactured 18 high-precision cranes customized for CRRC’s clean-energy equipment manufacturing base. The associated project is planned around a combined wind and solar installed capacity of 5 million kW.
Henan Mine Crane supplied more than 100 large-capacity cranes for Tangxing Equipment’s trenchless-equipment industrial park. The project supports the manufacture of pipe-jacking boring machines and other trenchless construction equipment inside heavy steel workshops more than 25 m high.
